  Have been taking our lab here for over two years I like the vets but the customer serivce of their office manager MYRA is awful. Went there on 7/25 to ask about boarding our dog talked to Myra about their runs being indoors and how big our lab would need for her size. We informed her that we are leaving Friday 7/28 and I know they require a flu shot in order for her to be boarded there she then informed me they could give her the shot while she was there, I said ok so what do I need to do and her response word for word was "just bring her up here Friday and we will take care of her". So I arrived Friday and she then tells me I needed a reservation I told her that is not what she said 3 days ago she then said we can't help you that was it no sorry no I was wrong or let me see what I can do to help she actually insisted that I must have misunderstood her. After going through the conversation word for word with her over the phone after leaving she then said she thought I was boarding our dog somewhere else, now how in the world do you think that after asking about your facility and giving her the flu shot while she is staying there so you say I thought you were boarding her somewhere else? So instead of admitting she was wrong she blamed me and then said she thought I was boarding her some where else yea ok nice try and the flu shot is 2 shots in a two week span so giving her the shot while she is being boarded there will do nothing for our dog so I will be going elsewhere and telling every pet owner I know how they treat their cumstomers you are nothing but a paycheck they don't truly care about you or your pet obviously. After already talking to people today there are a lot of people who no longer take their pets there because of stuff like this

  Thank you so much Pointe South! This is by far the best most trust worthy animal place. If you truly love animals like we do and you take care of them and truly love your fur babies then this is the place to go. Our pug we had for 20 years and his name was Odie and 2 years ago we had to put him down old age got to him and we couldn't let him suffer in pain and you guys let us stay with him and he went peacefully with his tongue stuck out like he always had it and it's was painful but I couldn't have gone anywhere else thank you and all of our other fur babies are rescues our Maltese gets groomed here every month and she got fixed and as you can tell you wouldnt even know on her stomach theres the tiniest of scar but it healed perfectly and thank you for taking care of them and helping us keep them alive and well taken care of they even love you and dogs are good judgements of character I wouldn't want to go anywhere and they mistreat my dogs thank you for everything you've done I love you all and my family personally for decades and decades back generations since you've opened with animals and animals we have always gone to Pointe South and I wouldn't go anywhere else
