  I could not see my regular Dr. yesterday as I could not get to his office before it closed. He told me to go to an urgent care to have my finger examined as it was showing signs of an infection. The finger was healing well but it started swelling. Upon a recommendation of a friend I tried White Oak. No one was in the waiting room and I explained my situation to the receptionist. From behind a wall, a person who I assume was a nurse, kept saying no, no, no and that I needed to go to Moses Cone because they had a hand specialist there. I explained I just need to see if I needed antibiotics to treat the swelling but they refused to see me. Won't even come out to talk to me or let the Dr. look at the finger to make a decision! Not been there before and certainly will not be back. Went to Cornerstone Urgent Care on Westchester where I was handle professionally and promptly!

  I had the WORST ever case of poison sumac, and walked in as a new patient. Friendly service all the way through despite my disposition, and was in and out in 30 minutes. If ever again I have urgent needs I will definitely go here again.
